Quality Assessment System In Construction (QLASSIC)

Pembinaan Sujaman Sdn Bhd (PSSB) has been assessed by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) on the 23rd & 24th March 2006 on Quality Assessment System In Construction (QLASSIC) for one of our completed projects ‘Cadangan Pembangunan Rumah Pangsa Kos Rendah (240 unit) Di Mukim Batu Dan Rawang, Daerah Gombak, Selangor Darul Ehsan Untuk Tetuan Syabas Pemaju (M) Sdn Bhd’.

Since 2006, PSSB have been paying close attention to the quatlity of the construction and architectural finish regardless of low or medium cost projects.

On 14th August 2006, CIDB invited PSSB to present a speech on ‘Experienced On Quality Assessment’, which was held on the 29th & 30th November 2006 at Hotel Legend, Kuala Lumpur and Encik Hj. Khalid Bin Habib has represented PSSB on the said programme. PSSB was the top Scorer amongst all the other participants i.e. IJM Corporation, Sunrise Bhd and Gamuda.

PSSB has scored very outstanding results at 83.33% for Architectural and External works based on the QLASSIC Standard imposed by CIDB.
